Technology recipients are not charged. We re-image laptops you donate and then we give them to a worthy client family for FREE.

HackNCraftNJ is a 501(c)3. Your donations to us are tax deductible for their fair market value. HackNCraftNJ will generate and send you a donation receipt letter.

By donating a laptop to Laptop Upcycle you can get that old laptop out of the closet and put it to good work. It also keeps it out of a land fill. It's the ultimate "green" solution.

HackNCraftNJ is a 501(c)3. Your donations to us are tax deductible. Of course there are many deserving nonprofits, but can you think of a better one than one that helps low income students excel in school?

The free WiFi devices we distribute to qualifying families include four (4) years of free service, but the hardware costs us $75 each. Your donations help defray this expense.

Laptop Upcycle has to pay for back office expenses and rent for our space. Your donations help us continue our mission to lower the achievement gap in Montclair.

HackNCraftNJ plans to eventually offer courses at our Makerspace which can be taken on the laptops we distribute. Your donations help us develop the content and pay teachers.
